Ms. Hoy has a keen understanding of how difficult the business world can be for someone with a diverse background or who speaks English as a second language. Ms. Hoy is able to bridge the gap of cultural differences by relating her experiences and background to all of her clients. She is proud of her Cambodian heritage and was the first in her family to attend college, graduate school, and then law school.
