Veasna Hoy
Attorney

Ms. Hoy has a keen understanding of how difficult the business world can be for someone with a diverse background or who speaks English as a second language. She takes pride in being able to provide legal services to clients who may otherwise be dismayed from seeking justice out of confusion or fear of our complex legal system. Ms. Hoy is able to bridge the gap of cultural differences by relating her experiences and background to all of her clients. She is proud of her Cambodian heritage and was the first in her family to attend college, graduate school, and then law school.

Ms. Hoy is a strong advocate for underserved voices and has built her career with a relentless commitment to justice and standing up for individuals and families whose lives have been changed by negligence, ensuring they receive the compensation and respect they deserve.
Ms. Hoy has successfully represented clients in a wide range of cases including motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, medical malpractice and employment discrimination. Known for her strategic negotiation style and compassionate client relationships, she combines legal precision with genuine empathy—fighting tirelessly both inside and outside the courtrooom.

When you’re facing one of the most challenging moments of your life, Ms. Hoy ensures that your voice is heard and your rights are protected. Ms. Hoy believes every client deserves more than a settlement—they deserve justice.
